- Account Information: When you register directly, you provide a chosen username, email address, password, and optionally a contact phone number or referral code.
- Profile Details: When you fund an advertising campaign or request payouts, payment gateways and banking networks require verified contact details, including legal first name, legal last name, and contact telephone number.
- Task & Proof Submissions: When completing micro-tasks (such as following social accounts, subscribing, or interacting with campaigns), you submit proof of completion, which may include screenshots, account usernames, profile URLs, or descriptive text.
- Advertising Campaign Content: If you use the Platform as an advertiser, you provide campaign titles, target URLs (such as YouTube video links), promotion guidelines, proof requirements, geographic targeting preferences, and allocated budgets.
- Payout & Withdrawal Details: When requesting a payout from your Earnings Wallet, you provide the necessary destination details depending on the chosen payout channel:
- Bank Transfers: Bank name, bank account number, and verified recipient account name.
- Virtual Top-Up (VTU) Airtime or Data: Mobile phone number, telecommunications network provider (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile), and data bundle plan selection.
- Support & Feedback Submissions: Inquiries, tickets, or feedback submitted through our Support Center, feedback forms, or communication channels.
3. Automatically Collected Technical Data
To maintain platform security, prevent duplicate rewards, ensure authentic human engagement, and deliver targeted advertising, we automatically collect certain technical data when you browse or interact with the Platform:
- IP Addresses: We log internet protocol (IP) addresses during registration, account login, video watch sessions, proof submissions, and payment operations.
- Geographic Country Resolution: We process your IP address using external geolocation lookups to detect your country of origin. This enables advertisers to target specific regions and prevents task fraud.
- Device & Browser Information: We log browser user-agent strings, device categories (mobile, tablet, desktop), and operating systems to ensure responsive rendering and detect automated scripts.
- Anti-Cheat & Device Fingerprinting: For task verification, we generate a browser-level device fingerprint and session identifier to detect duplicate completions, automated bots, and circumvented limits.
- Watch Telemetry: For video engagement tasks, our server records exact elapsed playback time, heartbeat telemetry, and session state to verify genuine viewing prior to crediting rewards.
- Referral Tracking: If you join through an affiliate referral link, a referral cookie and identifier attribute your registration to the referring user for commission tracking.
- Security & Audit Logs: Administrative actions, financial transactions, and login attempts are logged for fraud investigation and security auditing.
4. Google Sign-In & OAuth Data
When enabled on the Platform, you may register or sign in using your Google account (“Sign in with Google”). This feature uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization-code protocol.
Google Data Scope Disclosure: JobsWithoutDegree requests only basic identity scopes: openid, profile, and email. We do NOT request or access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendars, or any other private Google service data.
When you authenticate through Google, Google provides an identity payload from its UserInfo endpoint:
- Google Subject Identifier: A unique numeric identifier provided by Google (persisted locally as your
google_id) used to reliably link your JobsWithoutDegree account upon future logins. - Email Address: Persisted as your primary account email address for authentication and notifications.
- Email Verification Status: If Google marks the email as verified, your account email is recorded as verified.
- Public Profile Name: Used temporarily in-memory to generate your unique display username upon initial registration.
- Profile Picture URL: If provided, stored locally as your avatar image URL.
Token Storage & Security: Our server exchanges the temporary authorization code returned by Google directly with Google’s token endpoint. JobsWithoutDegree does NOT persist Google OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens in our database. Once identity verification is complete, the session is managed entirely by our platform session architecture.
No Data Resale: Information received through Google APIs is used solely for user identification, account creation, and session security. We do not sell your Google profile data to third parties.
5. How We Use Your Information
We process collected information for specific, operational purposes:
- Authentication & Account Management: Creating and securing your account, authenticating logins, verifying email addresses, and processing password resets.
- Platform Operations: Presenting available tasks, enabling campaign creation, managing video playback sessions, and receiving proof submissions.
- Financial Accounting & Dual-Wallet Ledger: Accurately crediting task earnings, escrowing campaign budgets, calculating platform commission fees, distributing referral rewards, and maintaining immutable financial records.
- Payouts & Withdrawals: Disbursing approved withdrawal requests to external bank accounts, mobile airtime lines, and mobile data lines.
- Fraud Detection & Integrity: Detecting bots, duplicate task submissions, unauthorized automated activity, proxy spoofing, and self-completion abuse.
- Geographic Targeting: Ensuring task participants meet advertiser-defined country requirements.
- Customer Support: Resolving user inquiries, investigating rejected task proof disputes, and addressing payout issues.

6. Financial & Payment Records
JobsWithoutDegree operates a dual-wallet architecture comprising an Earnings Wallet and a Campaign Funding Wallet. We maintain double-entry transaction ledgers recording credits, debits, escrow allocations, platform fees, and withdrawal references.
Payment Card Security: JobsWithoutDegree does NOT collect, process, or store payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes on our servers. Card and bank deposit transactions are processed directly by third-party payment providers.
When you initiate a deposit, the payment gateway transmits a secure transaction reference, payment status, and customer contact information back to our server via encrypted webhooks to update your campaign advertising balance.
7. Third-Party Integrations
To provide core platform capabilities, JobsWithoutDegree integrates with trusted third-party providers. Depending on the features you use or that are enabled by platform administration, information may be processed by:
- Google LLC (Google Sign-In): Facilitates identity verification and single sign-on when selected by the user.
- YouTube (Google LLC): Embedded video player components render advertiser video campaigns. Video interactions are subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Payment Gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, PocketFi): Licensed payment service providers used to process deposits, customer verification, and bank checkout transactions.
- VTU Provider (MaiData NG): Used where enabled to disburse automated mobile airtime top-ups and mobile data bundle fulfillment to recipient phone numbers.
- IP Geolocation Providers (ipapi.co, ip-api.com, ipwhois.io): External lookup services queried solely with IP addresses to determine country location for campaign targeting.
- Email Infrastructure (SMTP Relays): Secure mail servers used to deliver transactional verification, password reset, and administrative notices.
These third-party providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and contractual obligations.

- Session Control: You can terminate your active login session at any time by clicking “Logout.”
- Account Closure & Erasure: The Platform does not currently provide an automated, self-service account deletion or Google account unlinking button in the user portal. However, you may submit a request for account deactivation, access, or data correction by contacting our support team at support@jobswithoutdegree.com or via our Support Center.
Please note that certain financial ledger transactions, proof records, and security audit logs cannot be deleted upon request where retention is required by law, financial reporting regulations, or legitimate fraud prevention purposes.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and use the Platform in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
